The Gospel

The word gospel is an anglicized Greek word meaning good news. The fact that God came down in the form of man and died on the cross for our sins in place of us is, indeed, good news. I’ll explain why.

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
(John 1:14) NKJV
